Reservations & Experience

At MelTon’s Kitchen, we operate with a limited number of tables to ensure a focused, personal and meaningful dining experience.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted via email (booking@meltonskitchen.com) or WhatsApp.

A reservation is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by our team.

Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this period, and in the absence of prior notice, the reservation may be released.

We kindly ask guests to communicate any cancellations or modifications at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect the possibility of future reservations.

Experience Setting

MelTon’s Kitchen is an intimate space designed for a calm and immersive experience.

We primarily accommodate tables of up to 4 guests.

Larger groups may be considered upon request, depending on availability and service conditions. In such cases, service timing and table arrangement may be adapted to maintain the integrity of the experience.

Service Rhythm

Our cuisine is designed to be enjoyed without rush.

We do not operate as a fast-service restaurant. Each dish is prepared and served with attention, timing and respect for the overall dining flow.

We appreciate your understanding in allowing the experience to unfold naturally.

Dishes & Modifications

We do not offer general modifications to our dishes, as each creation is designed with a specific balance and concept.

Adjustments may only be considered in cases of allergies or intolerances, and must be communicated in advance of your visit.

Allergies & Intolerances

Guests are kindly required to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to arrival.

While we take great care in preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination due to the nature of our kitchen.

Children

Children are welcome at MelTon’s Kitchen when accompanied and supervised by an adult.

We kindly ask that the atmosphere of the space and other guests’ experience are respected at all times.

Pets

Pets are welcome in outdoor areas.

Indoors, they are permitted only when appropriately contained and in a way that does not affect the dining experience of other guests.

Atmosphere

To preserve the essence of the experience, we kindly ask guests to:

• Maintain an appropriate and respectful tone

• Keep mobile devices on silent mode whenever possible

Our intention is to create a calm environment where food, presence and conversation take priority.

Right of Admission

We reserve the right of admission in situations where behaviour may negatively impact the environment, respect towards staff or guests, or the normal flow of service.
