Chicken scented with ginger and lemon; alongside chilled toasted corn panna cotta and warm chard glazed in kombu.

Slow-roasted pork ribs, white barbecue, marked yellow pepper and chilled broccoli in a gentle pickle.

Sea bass steamed over a cabbage leaf, golden rice, chilled preserved cherry tomato, fresh watercress and a savoury crumble.

Choice of the Heart - Signature

Laminated seitan covered with a citrus tofu veil, rustic fennel and sweet potato parmentier, and red cabbage in vinaigrette.

Sweet white bean and vanilla cream, sharp nectarine, threads of citrus caramel and a salted crisp.

Oat water and black tea granita, banana caramelised in bitter cocoa and peanut crumble.

At MelTon’s Kitchen, there is no fixed journey and nothing is imposed upon you.

Our menu has been imagined as a sequence of moments, yet you decide how to experience them: what to choose, what to share and how far curiosity carries you.

You may discover a single dish or create a fuller experience, always at your own pace and without unnecessary formality.

Each creation tells a story, but there is no order you must follow. Sometimes, it is enough to choose the dish that quietly draws you in.

Our à la carte dishes range from €12 to €29, because we believe food with identity, sensitivity and truth should still feel within reach.

Here, you do not simply come to eat. You come to discover what a dish can make you feel when it has been created with intention.

There are moments when life stops asking for answers
and begins asking for presence.
